Professional Learning

The 2011-2012 school year is underway, and will surely be an outstanding learning journey for our wonderful students. The ISM Professional Learning Blog will be a place for learning. At present, the primary purpose of the blog will be to provide information to teachers and administrators on best practices in the learning and teaching process, as well as opportunities for professional development. At times, we may also post information that is related to students and parents.

Professional learning is continuous and deliberate growth in the knowledge, skills and understandings, and dispositions which are strongly correlated with improving learning in children and adolescents. The ISM Professional Learning Blog has been established to provide details about upcoming workshops, conferences and other professional learning opportunities available to faculty.
