Doctor of Education Program at Nova Southeastern University

Nova Southeastern University (http://www.fischlerschool.nova.edu) located in Florida, USA, is a fully SACS-accredited university. The 3-year Doctor of Education (EDD) program is offered by its Fischler School of Education. It is offered in a combination of on-site and online instruction and has been offered in Asia since 2007. We have three instructional sites in Asia for the international school community. These are at:

1. International School Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia
2. Seoul Foreign School in S. Korea
3. Shanghai Community International School in China

Below are links to flyers of the program, as well as the program details of costs, structure and 3-year plan of study.

The next intake for this program at the International School Kuala Lumpur is in September 2011.

This program is intended for those who have completed a masters degree from an accredited university (in any discipline) and are looking to continue to a doctorate. It has the flexibility needed by international school educators and enables them to earn their doctorate from an accredited American university while working in Asia. There is currently a 40% discount in tuition for those who enroll in this program. With the discount, the total cost of the doctorate comes down to about USD36,000 over 3 years.

If there be sufficient interest from ISM, a formal program presentation can be arranged at ISM in August.
